- Abstract
The project 'Spatial Modelling of Climate change impacts on two cash crops in Nepal' funded by ICIMOD/USAID develop spatially articulated model to identify climate suitability of high value agricultural crops. These layers, provided in the database aims to improve the understanding of the impact of climate change on high value cash crops in Nepal for policy dialogue and sub-sector planning. The maps were generated based on the concept of ecological niche modelling using data collected from crop plantations in Nepal and bioclimatic, GEnS, physical and landuse layers.
